Hotel Residence is a newly opened four-star hotel in Milocer, eight km from the old town Budva and just one km from the hallmark of Montenegrin tourism - the island of Sveti Stefan. The hotel has 30 very well equipped rooms and apartments, a restaurant, a bar, a conference hall and wellness and spa facilities, and is open through the year.
Hotel Residence has a restaurant with a sea view. National Montenegrin and international cuisine is on offer here. The restaurant is reputed to have one of the best services on the Montenegrin seaside and hence, top restaurant waiters are sent here for training. A pool bar "Breeze" is on top of the hotel and provides an excellent panoramic view.
Hotel Residence has an 80-seater conference hall, fully equipped with technical equipment. The hotel also has a fitness centre and a spa and a beautiful pool at the top of the hotel. It's the perfect place to enjoy your vacation!

- 18h and later: full room price per night is charged
- children 3 to 12 years on additional beds get a 50 per cent discount on the full price

- children 7 to 12 years using separate beds get 30 per cent discount on the full price.
- Cancellation without the penalty is possible 10 and more days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation fee for cancellation in less than then 10 days prior to arrival is 50% of the deposit.
- Cancellation fee for cancellation one day or less prior to arrival is 100% of the deposit
- In case of no-show penalty is 100% of teh deposit.
Minimum stay during high season - June, July and August is 3 nights (exceptions can be made)
