This is a newly-opened, small boutique hotel in the Old Town Budva, the centre of the happenings in the region. It is small and exclusive, situated in the historical and cultural core of town, offering an excellent restaurant terrace with phenomenal sea view.
Close to the hotel are some of Budva's top beaches, including Mogren, Ricardova Glava and the public city beach. Although located in the heart of Budva, the hotel is an oasis of peace and relaxation and is not disturbed by the vibrant city life in its surroundings.
The hotel has an exclusive a la carte restaurant and a beautiful terrace in front of the walls of the Old Town, now a a favourite spot to enjoy coffee and the excellent cakes served there. There is also a terrace on the top of the hotel for guests, ideal for candlelight dinners. The hotel has its own electricity system and water reservoir.

The hotel has no strict policy concerning late check-out and no extra charge is required if guests leave a little later than 12 o`clock.
Only one child from 0-12 years stays for free. For children above 12 years full rate must be paid.
-30% booking deposit required.
-The deposit is refundable in the case of booking cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
-In case of booking cancellation 7 days or less before arrival, the deposit is non- refundable.
