Late check out policy:

Late check-out depends on the availabilty of the room on that day.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation period is 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation penalty is 30% of the amount of the payment.                                                                                                                                                                      In case of reservation made less than 7 days prior to arrival. cancellation period is 3 days. In that case 50% of the payment is charged to the customer.

In case of no-show full amount of the payment is non-refundable.
